Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in one of the following ways:

• From your account, after logging in, in the Order History section — each item has a dedicated "Return" button, allowing you to submit the request directly through the portal.
• Or by providing your details: First name, Last name, Address, phone number, and where available, email address, along with your order number and the item or items you wish to return, via email or postal mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us for the purchased goods. If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded; if you return only part of the order, the refund will cover only the returned items and will not include the original shipping costs. Reimbursements will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Please return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
